Budget Training Built for Real Business Teams

We work with companies across Vietnam who need their teams to actually understand financial planning. Not theory from textbooks—practical budget skills that translate directly to better decisions and clearer priorities.

What We've Learned Working With 47 Companies Since 2022

We started teaching budget strategy to small tech teams in Biên Hòa. Three years later, we've trained finance groups, marketing departments, and startup founders. The feedback taught us what actually works—and what doesn't.

Most teams tell us they want fewer spreadsheets and more context. They need to understand why certain budget decisions matter, not just how to fill in templates. So that's what we focus on.

Learning That Fits How Your Team Actually Works

Every company has different needs. Some want intensive workshops. Others prefer weekly sessions spread over two months. We adjust the format, not the substance.

01

Small Group Sessions

We cap groups at 12 people. Larger sessions turn into lectures. Smaller groups let people ask the specific questions their role demands.

02

Real Budget Scenarios

We use actual case studies from businesses similar to yours. Abstract examples don't stick—people remember the situations that mirror their daily challenges.

03

Follow-Up Support

Training doesn't end when the sessions wrap. We offer three months of email support for questions that come up when teams apply what they learned.

04

Flexible Scheduling

We schedule around your business calendar. Some teams prefer afternoon workshops. Others need evening sessions to avoid disrupting client work.

05

Custom Materials

Generic slides don't help. We customize examples and exercises to reflect your industry, team size, and typical budget challenges.

06

Team Collaboration

Budget planning isn't solo work. We structure sessions so different departments learn how their decisions affect each other's budgets.

What Companies Tell Us After Training

"We were making budget decisions based on guesswork and last year's numbers. The training showed us how to actually forecast based on what we're trying to accomplish. It changed how our quarterly planning works."

"Our marketing team had no real understanding of budget constraints. They'd pitch ideas without knowing if we could afford them. After the sessions, conversations became way more productive—everyone speaks the same language now."

"I appreciated that the training didn't assume we were finance experts. The examples were straightforward and the instructors answered questions without making anyone feel out of place. That matters more than people realize."

Questions Companies Usually Ask

We've grouped the most common questions by topic. If you need something more specific, reach out directly.

Program Structure

How long does a typical program run?
Most companies choose between six to eight weeks. We meet once or twice per week depending on your schedule. Some prefer intensive two-week formats if timing is tight.
Can you train teams remotely or only in person?
We do both. Remote sessions work well for distributed teams. In-person training tends to generate more spontaneous discussion, but the content quality doesn't change either way.
What's the ideal team size?
Between 8 and 12 people works best. Smaller groups sometimes lack diverse perspectives. Larger groups make it harder for everyone to participate meaningfully.

Content and Approach

Do participants need prior finance experience?
Not at all. We designed the program for people who work with budgets but didn't study finance formally. We start with fundamentals and build from there.
What topics do you cover?
Budget forecasting, resource allocation, variance analysis, and cross-department coordination. We also cover how to communicate budget constraints to stakeholders who don't deal with finances daily.
Can you customize content for our industry?
Yes. We adjust examples and case studies to match your sector. A retail company has different budget challenges than a software consultancy—the training should reflect that.

Enrollment and Pricing

When can we start a program?
We're scheduling programs for October 2025 through early 2026. We need about three weeks lead time to prepare customized materials and coordinate schedules.
How is pricing structured?
We charge per program, not per person. Pricing depends on program length, customization level, and whether sessions are remote or in-person. Contact us for a specific quote based on your needs.
What happens if we need to reschedule sessions?
Life happens. We build some flexibility into every program. Just give us reasonable notice and we'll adjust the schedule without additional fees.
